Gate Information
GATE REMOTES: $40 each
Payment Options:
- You may mail in a check to CMA. Once received we can mail a remote to you.
- You may come by the CMA office with payment and we will have a remote waiting for you. Please let your Community Manager know in advance if you are coming to personally retrieve a remote so that we can have a remote programmed and waiting.
If you have not received your gate fob or have questions about gate operations, please contact Eric Jerral (tperry@cmacommunities.com).
Please remember that if you are using an access code to enter through the gate, you need to push pound (#) before entering the code.
If you are having an event such as an Open House or a party and your guests need access, please request a temporary gate code for the day from Craig Latimore. Email him several days in advance of your event and he will send you the code. Thank you.
